Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about the CBTify platform.

How does candidate allowance and annual pricing work? ▼
A candidate is counted once when they first participate in an exam during your subscription year. That candidate may participate in unlimited permitted exams during the same subscription year without consuming additional slots. Deleting a candidate account does not restore consumed allowance. Additional top-up candidate packs can be purchased anytime.
What if the computer or internet goes off during the exam? ▼
Don't worry! Our system saves every answer the moment it's clicked. Even if the light goes out or the internet drops, candidates can simply log back in and continue exactly where they stopped without losing any progress.
Is it hard to set up for my association? ▼
Not at all! We've made it as simple as using WhatsApp. You can type in your association name, upload your logo, and add your questions through a simple Excel file. Most associations are ready to go in less than 30 minutes.
Do we still need to print paper results? ▼
No more paper waste! The system automatically grades every exam the instant it's submitted. You can view everyone's score immediately, and successful candidates can download their official certificates directly as PDFs.
Can our candidates use their phones or tablets? ▼
Yes! The platform is designed to work beautifully on any device. Whether they are using a laptop, a tablet, or even a smartphone, the experience is smooth and easy to navigate for all Ambassadors.
